Child Support & Job Loss

November 3, 2009

Times are tough, even in metro DC. So what happens when your spouse, who pays child support, looses his/her job? Alan Plevy, cited by the Washingtonian as one of metro DC’s top divorce attorneys, provides some insight in the helpful video below.

Come hear Mr. Plevy, in person, at our Nov 14 program Second Saturday: What You Need to Know About Separation and Divorce. He will be joining a group of divorce professionals providing information, support and insight about the process. Other speakers include a divorce coach, financial analyst, credit specialist, therapist, and even a guardian ad litem (children’s attorney).

So if getting unmarried might be in your future, consider joining us. Second Saturday happens literally the 2nd Sat of each month, and it’s helpful even if you only come once. The Nov 14 program is for women, but our Dec 12 program will be coed. More info available at Hope to see you there!
