Stress Relief Tips

Little changes, big changes, good changes and bad changes all have something in common: Stress. I talked with a friend yesterday whose year long efforts as a start-up  non-profit are about to take off and implode in a way she’d hoped for (and deserves) … but never thought would really happen. Great right? Well, she was astounded at how stressed and overwhelmed she suddenly felt.

Contemplating separation and divorce, transitioning through the process and moving on sends most people off the charts in terms of stress. Here’s a great article to help you decode your mood, calm down, create a strategy.
